Ingredients for Swedish Meatballs
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 lb ground pork
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup beef stock
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions for Preparing Swedish Meatballs
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
4. Place the meatballs on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
5. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the heavy cream, beef stock, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley. Simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
7. Serve the Swedish meatballs with boiled potatoes and a side of lingonberry jam. Enjoy!
